Privacy Policy

FC Clubs Stats is provided by Berkay Ogulcan Tutal (“FC Clubs”). We minimize data collection, do not sell personal data, and do not use personal data for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. Privacy questions can be sent to support@fcclubs.app.
App Functionality
- Your saved clubs, statistics, preferences, and match history are stored on your device.
- iOS may sync app data through your iCloud account. Android may back up encrypted app data to your Google Drive app-data folder when you connect it. These features are optional and governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies.
- The app requests club and match information from EA Sports services to provide its core features.
- Firebase may create a random app-specific installation identifier to deliver configuration. It is not an advertising identifier.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. FC Clubs receives the product, purchase, and entitlement information needed to unlock features, restore purchases, and provide support. Apple or Google handles payment details; FC Clubs does not receive your payment card information.
Optional Analytics, Telemetry, and Crash Reports
These features are off until you enable Share Analytics or Crash Reporting in the app.
- Share Analytics: Firebase Analytics and FC Clubs telemetry may process app and device versions, language or region settings, selected preferences, random app-specific identifiers, feature use, purchase or entitlement state, selected club, in-game player name, match context, and sync outcomes or timing.
- Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics may process crash traces, diagnostics, device and operating-system details, app state, and a random installation identifier.
Firebase Analytics may derive a broad region from a masked IP address. FC Clubs does not request GPS or precise location for analytics.
Current Android builds do not request the Android Advertising ID (AAID), and the iOS app does not request Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Some older Android builds may still contain an SDK-contributed AAID permission; when Share Analytics was enabled, Firebase Analytics may have used it for measurement. FC Clubs has never used AAID or IDFA to serve ads.
Website Analytics
Google Analytics remains off on this website until you select Allow. If allowed, it may receive page views, interactions, approximate region, browser and device information, and a random client identifier to measure aggregate site use. Advertising and personalization features are disabled.
Your choice is saved in this browser. Selecting Decline stops future website analytics and removes FC Clubs analytics cookies that this site can access.

Service Providers and Security
FC Clubs uses Apple and Google for platform services and purchases, EA Sports services for club and match information, Firebase for configuration and optional analytics or crash reporting, and Cloudflare and other operational providers for optional telemetry and reliability support. They may process only the information needed to provide those services and may not use FC Clubs data for their own advertising or tracking. Data sent by the app is encrypted in transit.
Your Choices and Retention
You can disable Share Analytics or Crash Reporting at any time in app settings, disconnect optional Google Drive backup on Android, and change the website analytics choice above. Disabling a feature stops new related submissions.
FC Clubs retains analytics, crash reports, purchase records, and telemetry only for as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the app or meet applicable obligations. Service providers may apply their own retention schedules.
Data Deletion Requests
FC Clubs does not create a user account. In a current app version, open Settings > Privacy > Privacy & Data and select Request Data Deletion. The app prepares a short email with the app-specific references needed to locate relevant records; these are not advertising IDs and are not displayed in Settings. You can also email support@fcclubs.app with the subject FC Clubs data deletion request.
Send the in-app request before uninstalling or clearing app storage, because doing so may remove the local references needed for the request. If you email manually, mention whether you use iOS or Android and keep the app installed until support replies. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, club IDs, or in-game player names.
Deleting the app or clearing its storage removes local app data. iCloud and Google Drive data can also be managed through the controls provided by Apple and Google. A deletion request does not automatically remove data held in your own iCloud or Google Drive account.
