By downloading and using FC Clubs App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how optional analytics, crash reporting, and telemetry work.

3. Optional Analytics & Telemetry

The app may include optional analytics, crash reporting, and telemetry features. These are controlled by in-app settings (such as “Share Analytics” and “Crash Reporting”). You can change these preferences at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services to function, including:

EA Sports servers for retrieving club statistics.
Apple iCloud/CloudKit for syncing data across your devices (when iCloud is enabled).
Google Firebase for optional analytics and crash reporting (when enabled).
Cloudflare Workers + D1 to host and store our optional telemetry service (when enabled).

The app is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) or EA Sports.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FC Clubs App developers will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the application.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
