1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using FC Clubs App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. The Service

FC Clubs is an unofficial companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Electronic Arts Inc. or EA Sports. Club and match information depends on third-party data availability and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

3. Purchases

Some features may be offered through one-time purchases using Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes payment details and manages purchase records. Purchases unlock only the features described in the app at the time of purchase, and eligible purchases can be restored from the app.

4. Backup and Restore

Android Google Drive backup is optional and intended to help restore app data after reinstalling or moving to a new device. A backup restore may recover app data, but it does not grant paid access by itself. Paid access is checked separately through Google Play Billing.

5. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains app and website data handling, optional analytics and diagnostics, privacy choices, retention, and deletion requests.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FC Clubs App developers will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the application.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@fcclubs.app.
